Terrina Christelle
Terrina Christopherhell Stause was born July 21, 1982. She is most famous for her character Amanda Dillon in All My Children, and Jordan Ridgeway on Days of Our Lives. Stause was born at Draffenville in Kentucky. She went to Murray State University, from which she earned her B.A. She began performing in theatre in 2003. The name she uses for her middle name "Chrishell" is a portmanteau word created based on the unusual circumstances of her birth when her mother went into labor at the Shell station, with the attendant who was named Chris was able to deliver the baby. Strause refutes reports of her child's birth in her book. Strause told Strause that her mother was having car trouble and she parked at an auto repair shop. She was in pre-labor in the station and the attendant assisted her in getting to the hospital. Strause was born in a hospital. Her mother who was half Japanese and half Spanish and split when Strause was aware that she was pregnant. Jeff is her stepfather. Chrishell Strause missed a full year of middle school because she was confined in tent. Strause told of her experience of hiding her identity from her peers by recounting the way she washed her hair in the rivers and applying for food stamps. When she was 10 years of age and her parents were struggling with addiction and mental illness. Then, Strause was a member of the Worldwide Church of God. Her mother did not have an employment that was steady and Strause describes her as free spirit and self-righteous.
