Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Jennifer Rene Psaki is a American political adviser who served as the 34th White House news secretary between 2021 and 221. As a member of the Democratic Party, she was previously the White House deputy presses secretary (2009-2011); White House deputy director of communications (2009-2011); White House deputy director(2009-2011) as well as spokesperson for the United States Department of State (2013)-2015 and White House communications director (2015)-2017. Psaki was an CNN political contributor from 2017 until 2020. Psaki began her career in 2001 by working on the re-election campaigns for Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin for the U.S. Senate and Tom Vilsack for governor. Psaki became John Kerry's deputy press secretary in 2004. Psaki worked as the communications director to Joseph Crowley in the U.S. and as the regional press secretary of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Psaki was named press secretary for President Obama's 2012 election campaign. In the year 2000, Psaki was named the spokesperson of the United States Department of State. [20] She was hired at the Department of State to fill the White House Press Secretary Jay Carney's position.[21] But, Josh Earnest took his place on May 30,2014. She returned to the White House in 2015 as the communications director, and she remained until the closing of the Obama presidency.
